This was not a complex DMX control project. It was a deadline-sensitive event order where the main risks were custom lighting accuracy, inspection timing, and delivery before the event date.

 Client Challenge

The client had a fixed event date in Thailand, but the production window was already very tight when the order moved forward.

The custom light sticks were prepared for a 20th anniversary event in Thailand. The event date could not be moved, so the order had very little room for delay.

The risk was not only production speed. If the lighting program was wrong, if the inspection was delayed, or if the shipment missed the delivery window, the light sticks would lose their value for the event.

Instead of RF or DMX synchronization, the client chose a simpler button-control setup because the event required easy guest operation rather than centralized show control. Guests needed to switch lighting modes directly by pressing the button, without any RF controller, DMX console, or onsite lighting technician setup.

The client also requested specific lighting effects instead of our standard 15-color lighting setup. The required modes included white, yellow, fast flash, and slow flash.

Because the order was close to the event date, the client required the goods to be completed within 10 days and arranged a third-party inspection at our factory before shipment.
