Factory Update: Zhongda Expands Production Line for Upcoming Concert Season

To meet the increasing demand for customized LED concert products, Zhongda has recently upgraded and expanded our production lines. As more concert organizers and event companies choose OEM & ODM light sticks, wristbands, and acrylic glow items, our factory has stepped up production capacity to ensure faster delivery and greater customization flexibility.

The upgrade includes additional injection molding machines, improved assembly lines, and expanded quality-control procedures. Our in-house mold workshop—equipped with CNC machining, EDM equipment, and polishing stations—now supports faster mold development for unique shapes and 3D logo designs. This allows us to turn client concepts into finished products more efficiently than ever.

With the new improvements, our daily output for LED light sticks has increased to 5,000–10,000 pcs, while wristband production can reach up to 20,000 pcs per day. At the same time, our QC team has implemented more detailed inspection steps, including PCB testing, LED brightness checks, and full-function sampling during assembly.

As the global concert and festival season approaches, these upgrades ensure we can support both large-scale urgent orders and highly customized projects.
