1. Capacity Surge (Real Numbers): This week, we opened two additional assembly lines for DMX Light Sticks and RFID Wristbands.

Line 1 Running: High-speed assembly for standard battery-powered concert sticks.

Current Status: Day & Night shifts running 24/7.

Daily Output: Now exceeding 30000 units/day.

Raw Material: Stocks of critical IC chips and translucent ABS are secured for the next 45 days.

2. QC on the Line (DMX Stability): We just completed functional testing for a major K-pop Tour (Custom Acrylic Stick) and a Southeast Asia Music Festival (LED Wristband).

QC Corner: 4-hour aging test for the Rechargeable DMX batch orders.

The Test: All units passed the "Zone Control Signal Test" and "Violent Shake Test" (simulating concert usage).

The Result: 0% signal drop rate in high-interference environments.

3. New Tooling Speed: Our mold workshop released two new molds this week: a complex character-shaped stick and a promotional LED wristband.

Speed: From "Design Confirmation" to "First Trial Sample" in just 25 days.

4. Fast-Track for Rush Orders: For clients with tight deadlines (< 20 days), we have opened a "Green Channel" packing lane. This shortens the internal logistics from testing to shipment to within 48 hours.
