Production Update — Concert Light Stick Orders Enter Peak Season

As concert and festival schedules continue to increase across Southeast Asia and overseas, our factory entered one of the busiest production weeks of the season. To support multiple ongoing projects and ensure stable delivery times, we made several adjustments across our production lines.

This week, two additional assembly lines for LED light sticks and wristbands were added, bringing our daily output to a new high. Both day and night shift teams are now running continuously to meet urgent event deadlines. Raw materials, including LED modules and translucent plastic parts, are being replenished daily to maintain production flow.

Several DMX batches have also completed functionality testing, including customized acrylic light sticks for a K-pop concert and led wristbands for a Southeast Asia music festival. Our testing focused on zone control, remote triggering response, signal stability, and LED brightness consistency. All units passed initial inspections and are currently moving into the packaging stage.

In the mold workshop, two new molds were completed: one for a character-shaped light stick designed for a sports event, and another for a branded led cup used in promotional activities. Both molds passed their first trial successfully, with attention given to light diffusion, structural strength, and surface clarity.

Meanwhile, the packaging department has opened a fast-track packing lane for time-sensitive orders, helping shorten the “test to shipment” process to within 48 hours for priority projects.

With multiple concerts approaching, maintaining stable production and on-time delivery remains our top priority. We will continue to share production updates as new projects move forward.
